Milada (Miel or Millie)

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Miel (Milada) Vasulka. My ancestry is Eastern European and I have lived in Toronto most of my life.
I pursued an education, first, in Academics (with emphasis on Business & Administration) and then in Design. After graduating in Industrial Design from The OCADU, I took additional courses in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Desktop Publishing, Media Writing and Photography, Printing Techniques & Typography, Silk-screening, Upholstery as well as some Animation, Web Design and recently-weaving.
In terms of Design, I like to solve problems. I may design a new kitchen island that contains a freezer, a litterbox container, air conditioning panels with build-in ventilation, whatever I need....

When All Else Fails Low Income Survival Guide (1) eBook : Vasulka, Miel: Amazon.ca: Kindle Store
Just a fun, short little book about how to save money when you have very little.

Stress is a killer! The hormone producing centers in our bodies control the many functions of human life and are especially vulnerable to stress. When these hormone centers become depleted, many illnesses follow.
The suffering of many people in our society is beyond belief. Alcoholism and suicide are just a couple of examples how terribly harsh life is for some people. But it doesn't have to be this way.
I have spent 28 years gathering and disseminating all sorts of information (and I am still working on it). It is designed to take the reader away from suffering into a VIBRANT NEW LIFE. It won't happen over-night, but, with applied effort, it will happen.
We discuss mental and physical illness as a simple chemical reaction to a "being in crisis". Hormonal issues, signs and forms of emotional suffering, medical and non-
medical treatments such as proper nutrition, detoxification, herbs, exercise, positive thinking and cultivating mental and physical health are all examined. We also look at forgiveness and problem solving as part of the overall process of learning to “live well”. Finally, we explore creating a life that is productive because our lives are also a philosophical experience.
We look at abuse, what is healthy and what is inappropriate behavior, how to recognize it and when to run away (because abuse can affect permanently our perception of reality.)
So, what if you suffered in the past so much that now you have difficulty functioning? We address that too. Through ancient healing such as meridian therapy and sacred music, we can begin the process of bringing you to the present time where you can be one with all things.
